You can correct or change contact information for confirmed bookings in “ My my booking “on our website.

>Log in our website jettzy.com, click “Manage Bookings”- Find My booking at top right corner of homepage.

>Sign in on “My bookings “ (with your booking number (which you can find in your confirmation email) and your email address (the one you used to make your booking).

>Choose the itinerary you reqeust to open booking page.

>Click the plus sign under “ Booking information and document “ to open drop-down list.

>Click the option “ Contact information update “, choose the items which needs to be changed.

>Enter new E-mail or Phone or Name and click “Submit”. then the information will be updated automatically in your booking.
